Then do a mass spam ? I think gym like planet fitness and Califonia accept part - time as well ... Aniway how long do u need to complete tis ISSA ? IT cost $2k rite ? Answer: 1 week course. 9-5pm, include theory+ practical tests. need attain 75% minimum to pass. if fail, repeat, pay $200, need obtain 85% to pass. yes, $1850 for the entire course. Actually i took the course in dec 2002, but i only received the certification this month! (14 months of waiting, coz the certificate needs to be endorsed in US) good thing is it is internationally recognised, which is good for me, as i intend go overseas in the future for me, i dont want to work in planet or california. i like freedom website.. anyone knows how to create a professional website, not those like geocities.com Answer: Cant help on webby ~ So wat the difference between FISAF and ya ISSA ? So u a muscles man ? Answer: i believe kinda hard ba if in singapore.. cos alot pple holding the cert right now if i am not wrong.. cos a friend of mine have it too.. try oversea.. better market i think.. now adays pple rather go gym themselve Answer: been training for 5 years in gym( before ns till now and intend to be fit for life). i consider myself fit, not too muscular FISAF? never hear before. I heard of FIC(fitness instructor course, which has a few levels, and the pre requisite is BEC(basic exercise course+ CPR). If one attains FIC certification, he can only work as a general fitness instructor in CLUBFITT(those neighbourhood gyms where u pay $2.50 to workout). meaning u can only help in assisting gym patrons in their workouts, but not one to one personal training sessions, which is not what i want:thumbsup: Answer: haha i need one! i dont really work out much though. and i only go to seletar country club for their good enough gym equipments. usually get quite stumbled and have not much motivation to work out on my own. in other words, need a personal trainer and a instructor and a work out partner! gee but you charge. heh Answer: graveyard goes to the gym regularly if i'm not wrong... maybe u can go with him... :p he should be able to give u enough tips on working out Answer: only got tis bit of $.. .. like $2.5 per entry to clubfit leh .. no money to own country club membership .. lolx .. Answer: hey dude! start working out! Answer: yst got hang over .. lol 2day go gym .. wack like mad dog .. now shaq out .. LIFt like a beast Eat Like a Horse Sleep Like a Baby Grow like a weed Answer: haha she can go clubfit with u mah... or maybe she bring u into the country club free? :p Answer: yaya! i can! haha and no, i wont wanna try out new gyms. very swa ku to new gym equipments. later go make a fool out of myself. @ least de people @ seletar cc know me well enuff. Answer: have fun exercising! remember exercising is a long term committment. If you are bored with your program, try changing every month to keep your body constantly challenged Answer: then u can bring graveyard along... i'm sure he will be able to give u some advice and tips... wad equipment they have there? u bring ppl in no need pay rite? Answer: true.... IMO enjoying ur workout is one of the most important... i always encourage ppl who wanna lose weight... when u do cardio... do whatever form of cardio u enjoy the most... no point forcing urself to run if u hate running... sure, after 1 mth u would have probably lost weight... but ur interest will die very quickly... and soon u will end up sick of exercising... even leisure rollerblading/cycling will do better in the long run Answer: actually... if free i dun mind going once in a while either... Answer: where the hell is seletar CC ? lolx if u can sign us free .. i also don mind gg there once awhile too .. lolx sure got suana , jacuzzi and swimming pool ... Reale > if the seletar CC gym is well equip i think most neighbourhood gym shouldnt be a problem to u .. Answer: the thing is, i've ONLY been there. so whatever's there is classfied as being "well equipped". hehe and yeah, they have pool n stuff n of coz it's free. considering that my dad actually paid so much for that freaking membership -.- they better make it free. DE BATHROOM'S COOL ! oh n do you guys golf? Answer: the female bathroom cool ?? but i canT check it out .. lolz so we waiting for u to organise a trip to ya CC liao ... haha golf ??
