if u need help in keeping fit...haf any injury and u dunno how to take care...wanna run faster...wanna run longer...or grow bigger taller and stronger...or reduce fat...sports nutritions
buying wat kinda shoe...wat size shud fit...wat kinda brand
can post qns and i'll try my best to ans...if u ask mi a qns u hafta trust my professionalism...i may not haf any cert but i think my 7 years of running can help much
as long as u are determined to improve i garantee that my advice will work

u need 2 equipments
1 is a floating board
another is the float u clamp together with ur legs
smaller wan lar
swim in a backstroke
put the float board like how u put ut pillow under ur head
ur head is always out of the water

/ this is the board

clamp the smaller board with ur legs soo they dun seperate from each other
and swim across the length
just like doing leg raise but u are just using ur legs to paddle
do it slow and steady DO NOT RUSH...1st day u do 1 length
then follow by 1 more set of normal sit ups abt 20 slow wans to relax
do this for a month or soo...but ever wk increase ur workout
sure get result...i garantee

starting with warm ups
stretch urself to ur max ok dun get injured when u are doing the workout
start with skipping ropes...thou i may sound stupid or childish but its the most basic...DO AS MANY OR AS LONG AS UR CAN
stop at 1000 MAX
then find something high
there is this thing at the fitness corner that lets u jump and see how high u can jump...okok u shud find something u are comfortalble with and keep jumping until u reach u MAX...the reduce the Ht to a little soo u hafta push urself to jump up and touch it...
do abt 30 reps and take 5mins rest X 5 sets
everyday or every alt days u increase the HT by a little
u can decrease ur rest time too
this shud be able to help u...but wat pays off is determination and hardwork
lastly *!!!* PLEASE WARM UP AND COOL DOWN

errm i think if u dun haf much strength
u shud do alot of push ups to train ur upper body muscles or do pull ups...strenthen urself soo u can last in ur bid to work out wings

it all depends on ur muscles
fast twitch or slow twitch u cannot change them coz its born in u
u can onli improve it
if u really wan to be fast...first get ur endurance...make sure u can run 3k w/o much difficulty
then slowly convert ur muscle fibre and work out on ur reaction and power
its not easy to work speed out and u will wun see the difference in a few months
u hafta do drills like backlift...claw...knee lifts all in running motion
every alt days just do
fartlek ( this means running at a slow-fast-slow-fast motion)
run 2 rounds of the stadium
start with jog 50m-sprint 50m continuosly...until u finish 2 rounds
give 100% effort and warmup and cool down properly
u wan muscles??? go gym then take protein from GNC to repair ur muscles and take Creatine to build up...if u really wanna know more i think its too long to type here

its not effective when u finished ur puberty
and ur parents genes...maybe they are not tt tall soo u follow their genes
