My steps to losing weight..

Okay you guys...alot of you guys keep on asking about losing weight..so I'll just list down some things you guys can do that I find very effective jogging--the good ole remedy...have a twist in it..Don't jog for speed..Alot of you guys presume that jogging faster is better for you..thats if you wanna do something abit more cardio..If you are going for weightloss,go for distance...go as slow as you can..just above the speed of walking and make sure only one foot touches the ground at one time..go for as many laps as you find..you may not find it very exertive, but you will be sweating like hell..and the sweat you are looking for is the sticky type..not the nice cooling one you get from stading in the sun... Alternative..this will take you about a half hour in the gym..make sure you take extra clothing or you are going to have a whole train carriage to yourself when you go home.. Do a good warmup first and strech your legs well..if you are not sure on how to streach your legs, ask me later... Go onto the treadmill and set it to maximum incline..which will be about 15%..go up to a speed of about 6...this is literally walking uphill...may seem easy at first..but do this for 10 min and you will already be begging for mercy...do this workout for 20 minutes and you will burn about 300 calories..if you cannot tahan, lower the speed but do not reduce the incline..to give your legs a short break, grap the bar in front of you for like 30 seconds and then let go... You have to be really determined to lose weight..doing this once a month will not help you... any qns, feel free to ask.. Answer: People say i'm thin but yet I find that my waist area is kinda flabby..how to get rid of this Answer: LIT(low intensity training) is a way of losing weight... but an even better way would be HIT(high intensity training) u can do that by interval training 2 ways to do interval training... 1: sprint at around 80% ur max speed for 1 round rest for approx 1:30s sprint again rest again do this for 6-8 rounds u'll be panting like a dog... if u can complete that is 2: jog for 200m run for 100m jog for 200m run for 100m its like jogging around the track normally... just that for every 200m jogged.. u run for 100m these 2 ways will not only increase ur weight loss... u'll also be healthier looking cheers Answer: no such thing as spot reduction... if u're really flabby/fat at that area... do cardio if u wan ur abs to be more cut and defined then do leg raises and crunches Answer: Okay..what you are looking for is toning... Go along with what I mentioned earlier...but do this as well..may seem at hard at first..but after some time, you will get use to it...Start off with 20 normal situps..then do half situps as in from rest position, you come up to 45 degrees..hold it there..and go down..do this 20 times as well. after that...do from 45 degrees all the way 20 times..this means your back will not touch the ground...this to tone specialise on your upper and lower abs..after this..do 20 normal situps and when comming up, twist to the sides... do this continueously without a break...do make sure you strech your abs before and after your workout or its gonna hurttttt... Answer: does big bones type prevent to have the slimmer look. (maksim body style. thin thin one) Answer: simple swimming...it tones ya waist line faster than you know...but it really depends how much u swim...u can spent 3 hrs dipping in the pool but swim only 4-5 laps... another one will be buying a leg float...clamp it on ya legs....and swim... cheers ..beside it's cost efficient...50c...pay the child price...nobody knows... nice weather...sun tanning...look out for pool babes... nah so good lobang...song boh? Answer: it should be...since it's big bones...it can't get anything smaller.... Answer: of course... ur bonestructure, body structure, genetics all play very important roles in how ur body shape turns out to be... Answer: but when i was 1-8 yrs old my body is very very slim. i mean really really small. only when i was 9 yrs old then i start to become fat .. so, the body structures cant change rite? so can i assume i have small bones? Answer: i've flabby arms tummy thighs.. HOW !?!?!? does only running can tone up these parts ? i dun eat breakfast.. just eat lunch n dinner... sometimes go for swimming.. but i m damn flabby Answer: u dun listen do u... 2 big meals a day does nothing good for ur metabolism cardio exercises include running, aerobics, swimming, cycling etc Answer: huh ? listen wat ? means must eat alot ?!?!?!? Answer: There's is no way you can tone certain body parts You must go jogging Eat 6 meals per day. Each meal is very small small portion (want to know why?) Answer: i already said b4... split ur meals up... eat less each meal but have 5-6 meals a day Answer: Eat more protein food at night.. Eat less carbo... Still muz do exercise to stress ur muscle.. Answer: mine friend manage to lose around 20 kgs .. hes a guy aniway .. now he is 75kg Some of the things he done ... 1)Hit the gym 5 times a week ... on the weight and running machine 2)EAt veri little amount but 4 meals.. high on protein .. low in carbs .. lots of water and fruits 3)No FOOD after 8pm .. 4) Sleep early wake up early Answer: i learn nutrients stuff last time... y some ppl have big tummy? meat stuff takes at least 6-8 hours of digesting. when food are digested, the nutrients are evenly "transport" to all parts of body, thus have even fatness or thinness... but for example u eat dinner at 7pm, this meal includes meat, u sleep at 11pm, u only gave ur body 4hrs of digestion time. when u sleep, ur whole body shuts down and the remaining undigested food are in ur tummy. these food will dissolve in ur gastric juice and be absorbed by ur tummy. next morning, u wake up feeling hungry beczuse there isn't anything left in ur tummy liao.. and as time goes by, ur body might be slim but ur tummy will be flabby and fat. so it is better u eat breakfast and lunch. for dinner, eat less and more vegetables. always exercise!!! it not only helps u slim down, it also helps u tone up,. simple swimming or even walking to ur nearest mrt instead of taking a bus helps.. walking also perks up ur backside!! Answer: i've been exercising 3 times a wk.. 2 days running 1 day swimming.. issit enuf? running from bishan to amk.. Answer: good good..you will see results in 2 weeks...unless you come home and take a bananna split after that of course
