eh.. if cheong gym almost 3 - 4 times a week n cycling also 3 - 4 times a week every session abt 2 - 3 hrs each week wif a daily diet of 1 - 2 standard meals n water, water, water how long will take to get in shape? Answer: oh ya n the protein powder any use? Answer: Actually to get in shape, 60% is from nutrition and 40% are from workout. U need to follow the instructions on the protein power to gain weight + exercise. Btw, just train ard one or 2 body parts per day will do. and just do jogging or swimming 2 times per week. Read some fitness magazine to know how to do a proper workout. Get it? Answer: just to ask ... from skinny to fit or fat to fit Answer: yeah ... skinny to fit and fat to fit are two different things .. but not very different though. Answer: wah u beri zai leh.. asked a qn in jan.. got ans in feb.. replied in apr.. siah la.. if u is fat wanna go fit den nex time eat dinner time, take juz 1/3 bowl of rice, eat the veges, fish, meat wadeva 1st, slowly.. den when u can feel u almost full den start eating ur rice.. den hor.. drink the regular amt of water jiu ke yi le.. if not u will still plump plump de.. coz shui zong.. but tt one is u got on on for ur exercise den no probbie de la.. exercise 2 times a wk n like 3 hrs max if things like soccer bball? dunno much bout exercise la.. but juz dun overdo until u the nex morn flat lohz.. dun skip meals.... my fwen fat boy, wana go skiny.. ok he went down from waist 34 to like i dunno is how much but hen shou~! coz he one dae one meal. tt one meal is one small bowl.. his stomach got hole.. vomit blood.. go hospital.. den sum time later he faint on the road on his way home from skool den lucky his mama pass by found him n saved him.. -__-" btw tt lyric de u still wanna continue it mah? Answer: hahha he go enlightening for the past 2 months .. Now should be a hunk liao .. hehe Answer: remember u need enough rest too, how u grow depends on ya diet , recommended 6 small healthy meals a day, er.. and also try to seperate ya cardio exercise from ya gym days and train the right way! i am sure u will be fit fit in no time =P
