Answer: usually when i am in 'training mode', visits to the gym is enough. cos the following day my muscles are recovering. if i am not tired, this is my routine ... 3 sets of 80 pushups thats all. Answer: 11.5 Answer: not bad.. my senior in DB he chiong 100m got a timeing of 10.36 damm bloody fast -.- Answer: wah 11.5 . i 115 .! after all its 6 training a week man . gotta see some gd stuff =) Answer: DB is wat??? 10.36??? do u know tt the singapore record is 10.37 Answer: drangonboating.. i dun really know the sg record but during our intensive training we timed ourself he did a veri good time of 10.36 if i am not wrong.. cant be wrong.. cos everyone was like @_@ wah! anyway saw it myself he was like leading the pack at abt 1.3 m like that.. darn fast! can feel the wind when he run past ^_^
