own training
Question:
what are you guys daily routine exercise ? just to keep in shape , not neccasarily go to the gym or anything. for me ,
-400-500 skips
-50 crunches
-30 push ups
-everytime walk into my room go pull up bar down there do as many as i can. hehe . about 5 only ? haha..
that's about it . eat as much as i want . what about YOU ?
i think this is about zooms daily training
-run 25km warm up.
-2000push up
-3000 sit up
-bicycle machine - 200km
-swim 50 km
-10 km warm down

not daily i would say but this wad i do if i skip my gym sessions that day jus to condition myself at home :
pushup: 150-200 (20 per set) with diff variations
crunches: 100 (20 per set)
leg raise : 3 sets ( 1 min each set)
flutter kicks : 3 sets (1 min each)
that would be all i guess =)

usually when i am in 'training mode', visits to the gym is enough. cos the following day my muscles are recovering.
if i am not tired, this is my routine ...
3 sets of 80 pushups

but during our intensive training we timed ourself
he did a veri good time of 10.36 if i am not wrong.. cant be wrong.. cos everyone was like @_@ wah! anyway saw it myself he was like leading the pack at abt 1.3 m like that..
darn fast! can feel the wind when he run past ^_^
