i'm fat.....i do some stretches abt2 min 10crunshes 1 min each 50 sit-up 5 leg-lifting 1min each stretches for cool down abt2 min legliftin can use hand?? Answer: not enuff to lose weight, u should do more jogging, swimming and aerobic, and must do till u sweat and pant, den u will lose weight, and watch yr diet too. sleep well too Answer: pls pls .. don do till u sweat like hell and pant like a dog for the veri first time .. your body simply cannot take it one .. progressive training .. u r fat as u hv say .. i hope u r not 100+ kg .. running, jogging is not advisable to u .. slow walk at veri long diastance or swimming or cycle .. running and swimming is the best i suppose little carbo (rice,bread,noddles) more veggies and fruits, idea amount of meat .. drink lots of water and only plain water Answer: actually i'm also fat... recently started reading up on such stuff... since u're fat... doing these wont really help... wad u need most is cardio... excercises like jogging/swimming/cycling/walking eat less carbo and eat more protein dont have to starve urself... juz eat less rice and more lean meat to fill urself... like skinless chicken etc when u've slimmed down then u should start on ur crunches/weights to define ur muscles if u dun wanna do excercise... juz stick to a healthier diet lor... if u not growing fatter with wad u eating now rite... juz simply consume less calories everyday... and slowly u will see urself losing weight without starving or going on some hardcore diet Answer: how u all grow one ?? i simply eat all lots of shit and still veri skinny .. sigh~ Answer: as long as ya burning carbo..sweating i.e,it's real good liao.but don't eat too much juz after exercise..it's bad..cos in the end...wat goes out..eventually comes in again. eat moderately...how frequent u do ya crunches and abs exercises?.. doing it like once a wk...won't be much help.make it a point to do it every nite before u sleep or bath...well...will see positive results den.. cheers :bandit: Answer: hoho must do till you feel da heat .. you must feel that your muscles are Hottie heh.. that's burning ! ouch! Answer: agree with medic .. when u do abs exercise .. u need to 'squeeze' it .. feel the pain some exercise for u .. crunches reverse crunches flutter kick left elbow touch right knee sit up and vice versa 3 sets per exercise with 20 reps 4 times a week should be more than enough ..
