IPPT does not have any sit & reach........... thats the main difference. And IPPT passing time for 2.4km is 12.20min (think thats for grade D, max time to pass) instead of what is stated in the NAPFA chart.
Anyway, if you get silver and below, you will need to go for the PTP.

for guys, it's better to take napfa if they dowan go NS early..
but for gals, it's optional..

My worse station is sit-ups. Dunno why i can't do, i got very well-toned abs. Usually do around 30 i buay tahan, at end of test usually around 40+ only. The rest of stations all 5 pts.

spectra >> i have the same problem last time ... my abs very well toned and my ab strength is good but when it comes to situp i only did 40+
so i just train situps the way it is done during NAPFA test ... A grade now. 30 pts
