to slim down . . u need to do lots of aerobic exercise .. and control your eating habits ..
slow jog or running in long distance, swimming or aerobic ..
and u should actually change your eating habits .. less carbohydrates and fats intake like rice , noodles and fried stuff. Go for more veggies and fruits and idea amount of meat. Take your food in small amount , just to fill your hunger and stomach and nothing more ..
Others is by taking supplements .. xpensive though ..
however everything takes time and do not try to slim down to drastically and tis could do harm to your body .. if theres a will there a way .. with discipline and determination , there shouldnot b4 ani problem ..

actually i'm also fat... recently started reading up on such stuff...
since u're fat... doing these wont really help...
wad u need most is cardio... excercises like jogging/swimming/cycling/walking
eat less carbo and eat more protein
dont have to starve urself...
juz eat less rice and more lean meat to fill urself... like skinless chicken etc
when u've slimmed down then u should start on ur crunches/weights to define ur muscles
if u dun wanna do excercise... juz stick to a healthier diet lor... if u not growing fatter with wad u eating now rite...
juz simply consume less calories everyday... and slowly u will see urself losing weight without starving or going on some hardcore diet

there's no such ting as spot reduction. u exercise u'll lose weight everywhere. no such ting as 1 spot. but if u haf lost weight u can 'define' the muscles.
