Hi.. i am new here jus joined today. I am new to training on body and staffs. Any idea that how i can start to train my arm bigger? i have shoulder dislocation and can't do much pull ups .. Answer: if u injured your shoulder before i suggest u start with shoulder strengthening exercises 1st. stronger rotator cuffs will aid the general movement of ur arms. Answer: r u trying to train the shape or for pull-ups? Answer: astaroth: umm how long should i train so i can start training.. pOlar bEar: i am trying to train for shapes.. i mean bigger arms Answer: oh there isnt really a how long. its supposed to be part of ur regular training. exercises like pullups and presses inevitably involves the involvment of rotator cuffs so it would be good to incorporate rotator cuff exercises. Answer: oic.. ok thanks alot.. Answer: Yup, strengthen up your rotator cuffs first before you start any serious training, lest you injure yourself again. Bulking up your arms is easy, it doesn't take long, but you need to train intensively.
