Buying weights
Question:
Anyone knows of any local websites or stores which sells weights ?
I do not have the time to hit the gym everytime since I'm serving my NS now, so I thought I'll train at home.
If anyone knows the average price, please kindly list them too.
Thanks.

Answer:

swiss ball has got another name called gym ball as well. It usually comes in these 3 sizes, 55cm, 65cm and 75cm in diameters.
Its basically a ball filled with air used for the performances of exercises both with free resistance and body resistance. Requiring different degrees of balance it seeks to work your CORE: namely your shoulder girdle, lower back, abs, and hip girdle.
Especially for people seeking to improve their overrall balance and to add that bit of challenge and variation to your routine. The swiss ball can be a very fun and cheap fitness equipment to have!
Hope this helps!
