Answer: For abs, just do sit-ups/crunches and run. Very simple. Answer: yeah, if u do this it will be sufficient for ur abs to show. However if u want a strong core u have to incorporate a variety of other exercises, this will also give u more shape on the edges. Answer: lol the criteria was for abs and nth else. Its an art. This can be a bit lengthy. Well, picture speaks a 1000 words. So i have attached a pic of my abs. First & foremost. U got to understand that there is no such thing as SPOT REDUCTION. Simple terms it means there is no such thing, 'i only want my butt to get smaller, nothing else should shrink!' (err probably coming from a lass) Anyway, to start on your journey to gd mid section, u need to lose overrall body fat. Cardiovascular/ aerobic exercises, helps u to burn off the excess calories. Remember the simple rule here. Calorie intake < Calorie Expenditure = Weight loss This has got to be carefully balanced too. Bare in mind, that whenever you lose weight, there will be fat loss AND muscle loss. The most effective weight loss will be the one whereby fat loss % is more than muscle loss %. The way to attaining that will be to supplement your cardiovascular exercise with resistance/ weight bearing exercise to increase muscle gains. Now that explains why you need to do not just abs exercises in order to get the 6 packs. Phew.. really lengthy post. Anyway, if ppl here feel that what i say make sense and will like to find out more, i will introduce some abs exericses that you can do. Cheers! Answer: are u sure this is true? Answer: Yes. What do u think? Answer: i heard that muscle doesn't burn off if u run. It only does if u r too extreme and even so, the muscle loss is insignificant. Answer: Yes what u say is true. To be more specific, when involve in aerobic activity, in order for maximun fat burn, always try to maintain your heart rate within 55% to 75% of the target heart rate. Whenever the body tries to lose weight, first it will drop off muscles which it does not need. For example, if u are a purely running person, your body does not need the extra upper body mass in order to perform the activity. Therefore, it will drop off upper body muscles and after a period of time, your body fat ratio is going to go up. Agree? Answer: so is that you woweee? Answer: please i need more tips..
