hm i don't smoke. tried consulting a chinese physician, he prescribed quite some herbs for me. helps a little, but not anymore.
yea tried spitting it, only feels the dmg on my throat. because of this i can't sing anymore!! haha. could it be because i shouted too much?

Do you have a cough before that??Last time i got this problem too..Usually when you have cough,you should request from the doctor to give you cough syrup that can helps you cough or spike out the phelgm too..because most doctor give you cough syrup or mixture that only stop the coughing but its don't solve the phelgm problem if you have it..Avoid eating heaty food when you have phlegm or cough or its will make things worse..Your case,i think you should see specialist and do a x-ray to make sure nothing wrong with your lung lor...Take care..SEe it ASAP

She had say all i want to say already especially telling the doctor for the HALF YEAR THING
the drug she intro(dextrometorphan) is very useful for expeling plagm.BUT it will cause you to cough more so that you can get the plagm out of you respiratory tract. So you must take note.
You really should go see a doctor cause i think you might have viral respiratory tact infection causing the plagm... tell us what the doctor says after you have seen a doctor
