The most I do are slow dumb-bell curls and sit-ups.

Really, working out before sleeping isnt recommended because it makes your heart rate rise, and you'll feel less sleepy than u intended, affecting your sleep.

yea i agree wif that. increasing the physical activity before bed makes u feel more awake.

ehh i always go 30-45min jog then play com for 30min then bath wait 15-20min then sleep.. can sleep soundly wat.. np

about 1hr+ then koon must wait my sweat dry mah.. + after bath must dry first then koonz.. next day will feel energtic dunno why.. hahaha
i jog is to slim down now me now 63kg hope to get 56-58kg then go hit the gym.. previously kg was 67kg because i start jogging..

Before sleep, i alwys seldom do any, the most push up only....
For home workout, will be skipping, crunches, push ups, dumbells....
