Answer:

Start with push ups, make sure you concentrate and do slowly, let the muscles feel the tension.
I normally do 20 a time, 4 repetitions
I can't do any at first, after pushing for about 2 weeks, i got my 1st one.
After 6 months, i could do 8.
Perseverance is the key to physical fitness.

Answer:

yap ...
just for more information >> there are 2 types of pull up.
1)over grip
2)under grip
Is actually the way u hold the bar and pull
1 >> holding the bar by placing the inner palm over the top of the bar, palm facing down
2 >> holding the bar by placing the inner palm under the bar, palm facing up
overgrip uses BACK and LAT(wing) muscles ... thus u need to train these group of muslces if u wana use overgrip. U can go to gym and do LATs pull down. It is a pulley/machine .. not a free weight. It has something like a pull up bar. Where u can sit on the chair and pull the bar down to your chest level .. make sure .. both your hands extert the same amount of strenght.
under grip uses more on BICEPS and ARM muscles .. So if u wana use this method .. train the various parts.
So b4 u train .. decide over or under grip to use. I am using over grip.. i think is more easy .. the so call the standard one lah ..
And doing pull up .. u need to hv the momentem. Way of pulling yourself up .. sometimes when i feel tired and trying the last one .. i feel tat all the muscles and strength from the stomach .. neck and chest were being used ... hahahhaa
hahahaa

Answer:

Actually lah,u wan to do standard pull up right, starting of all if u cant do a single pull up is damn hard to do a standard pullup as standard pullup ur leg must be straight and u cant curve it.i suggest u each day try to do a single pull up 1st den the nxt day try to add in one more pull up,u everyday try to add 1 pull up,den u will be use to pull up so when u wan train a standard pull up,ur 2 feet must be as close as each other den u can do a standard pull up liao loh,as easy as that pal..JIA YOU
