i dun do sit ups to train pacs... cos there are better exercise that make ya work ya pacs harder
try doing Crunches, leg raise , reverse crunch , Cable Crunch , Cross-Body Crunch etc etc..
maybe like wad faded have said... u need to do some cardio to lose the fats ard the area -.-
