i had a bad fall, landing face 1st while playing soccer.
ended up with two fracture wrist and one small part of my front tooth got chipped off...
any1 noe how to due with chipped tooth? like whr to get fix? or how to make it grow back?

If i am not wrong, I think theres no way the chip front tooth will grow back. Cos it should already be your adult teeth where its suppose to last you through this lifetime.
I think what the dentist would do is either ask you to remove ur that chipped front tooth, then put a denture over it, if not just leave it as it is.
Just my personal guess only..

go to the dentist and they will fill it back for you... but the filling might not last one.. need to go back like once a year to replace...
like time i broke mine too when cycling...

Anyway, its kinda ex to get it fixed. will prob cost a couple of hundred to a thousand. try consulting ya dentist.

It is possible to repair the area with a composite (tooth-coloured) filling.
Pay ya dentist a visit.
Gd luck with ya healing, I factured my left wrist in the past too, and dislocate twice, due to soccer too. And dun get into action too early, me still suffering from ligament damage. Been a few yrs.
