I shop for my own grocery and cooked my own meals. I let you do the maths.
How often do you eat beef ? Is not cheap eating them as well.
1 whole chicken = 2 slices of beef = SG$4-5
1 full chicken breast = $1 = 23grams of protein
So the equation is if u eat 2 slices of beef during a meal. You can eat 5days of meal. - You will feel sick .. just make sure you cook them in different flavour.
Too much of RED meat isnt good for health as well. Pls goggle and you find quite alot of links on it.

Answer:

dude u totally misunderstood wot i'm saying. of cos u need to eat foods that are high in protein. my point was u shd not jus concentrate on eating any one. u shd mix all of em. get it?

Answer:

Nope. we shld not mix. Usually gym regulars go for sources that are high in protein. What for you eat something that is low in the required protein and you've to eat additional of it to replace something that is high in protein.

Answer:

seriously i think no point 'arguing' unless u weight your food ..
as long as your main meal consisits of
1 cup of veg
100grams of chicken or fish or meat
some source of carbs.
that should do ~
I don think anyone is A BODYBUILDER in here and a little more / less or proteins wont matter
friend sotong - ah I love them
