When you've been training really hard and you suddenly need to stop training, do you feel like crap? I feel bad whenever I dont go to the gym every 2-3 days

1) same weight, but less reps
2) Lighter weight, same reps?

165Lb - 3-4reps 1set
Lying down Dumbell chest press
50lb - 15reps 1set
55lb - 12reps 1set
60lb - 8reps 1set
Lat pull down
90lb - 15reps 1set
140lb - 8reps 1set
150lb - 6reps 1set
170lb - 4reps 1set
Cable row
110lb - 12reps 1set
130lb - 8reps 1set
150lb - 6reps 1set
Standing military press
85lb - 10reps 1set
95lb - 8reps 2sets
Seated dumbell press
40lb - 10reps 1set
50lb - 6-8reps 2sets
Lying skull crushers
70lb - 8reps 1set
80lb - 6reps 1set
All rest in between sets are kept from 15- 30secs only...
Gained alot of strength from this exercise n quite abit of mass but weight still the same at 66kg

I'm not sure if I'm doing too much because I spend 3-4 hours in the gym per session.
Here's a sample of my chest workout.
4 sets of flat barbell bench press
4 sets of decline barbell bench press
4 sets of incline bench barbell press (superset with 4 sets of incline dumbell press)
4 sets of dips (superset with that sitting down, push forward machine)
4 sets of dumbell pullovers
4 sets of flat flyes
I've read about many different training schedules and they do alot less.
Something is wrong with my schedule.

well i suppose if it works for you then no reason to stop. but i finish gyming in one hr flat doing chest and biceps. if u got the time, it works, then hey i'm in no position to say its wrong.

ur wasting your time .. unless ur chatting up with some hot chick in the gym
is also ineffective with anything more than 1 hour
is fine if it works for u .. but sometimes less is better
