if u wanna do it at home... the most convenient way is.. push up..
both of ur hands wide apart...wider the better.it will train ur back and widen ur shoulders.
do like 5 sets of 30 each day.. sure got effects! tested n proven!
and if u got go gym... jus hit those shoulder press.. or watever machine that involves shoulder. good luck pal!

I think shoulder can't be "lengthen" but can make it broad by training your delts....
I think it is by inherit, but you can make it broader and thicker....
I believe swimming is good, and also use dumbells to do raises, i heard doing alot of pull ups help too.....

Forward dumb-bell raise - 4 sets of 12
