startup for sit-up

ello peeps..it has been ages since i did my situp...& i've always been poor in it...so for now..i wanna train my situp again...but the thing is...the beginning is rather tough now...i hav difficulty getting up... any tips as to how shud i start on my situp ....so that i can make progressive improvements ? Shud i use the strength of both my arms to bring myself up for the start or .... ? thks for the advice.. Do until your muscles scream out at you to stop Serious, no joke Answer: since u cant even do a good amount of sit up i advise u start with cruches first ... the main idea is to 'squeeze' the muslces around your abs. once u get better then u come and post more .. Answer: 1. Lie down on a proper exercising mat 2. Straighten your body and legs 3. Stretch out your arms like a Chinese zombie 4. Do sit ups with your arms as a balance. This should be easy, and trains your arms too. Girls who are too mascular look manly, so this is a good exercise to burn out excess fats. If you feel that this method of doing sit-up is too easy, try bending your knees and doing the same procedures. Don't secure your feet, use your body to balance yourself. This will take some practise. =) If you want to burn out some fats real fast, here's a tip for you from my profession: Put on a jacket and trackpants, zip up entirely. Go jog until you sweat. The method is not very comfortable, and if you are not healthy, better not try it. =) wisdom`tooth Answer: wots the point of joggin until u sweat... the weight loss would be due to water loss not fat loss pls dun misle the ppl here Answer: Try it if you believe, ignore if you don't. Simple as that. =) 'wisdom`tooth Answer: the jacket will be smelly leh.. =/ Answer: ya will smelly.. because you will sweat a few times more than normal if you jog the same distance.. only use it when you need to slim down quick.. if not, just jog normally =) wisdom`tooth
