If i skip breakfast and eat lunch and dinner..will i slim down??hmm i read men health it say is unhealthy..sianz..b4 go gym i must eat something de right?? Answer: ah.... doc will always say breakfast is the most important meal of all. but if u skip any of the meal, u wun slim down... go gym is better for u to drink more water n eat fruits better. Answer: having a healthy breakfast will give your metabolism a kick start for the day. skipping meals will slow down metabolism, that's unhealthy if you're trying to lose fat..most pple try to do it early in the morning before eating anything. but as long as exercise enough and eat healthier/cut down food intake, can slim down Answer: never ever skip breakfast. have a good breakfast...it was set your metabolism high, and you wont go into sleepy latargic mode Answer: in fact skipping meals makes u slim down slower...eat ur meals but in smaller portions...count ur caloric intake..theres a caloric calcultation which i forget...eat less but spread it out even..cos if u eat in big portion, ur digestive system hard to digest those food n will be store n u eat somemore those left over become fats, something like tt.... Tell you, you will faint inside the gym if you don have any food intake, more or less, take 1 or 2 bread is better than an empty stomach... Answer: which part of men's health says so? i read every month they nv said anything abt skipping your breakfast! tis month, i read abt 5 small meals a day, with a very light meal juz before u go excercise becoz doing so u will be burning fats for energy, and not muscle mass for energy Answer: Ya, you are right, more meals result in higher metabolism.... Answer: 5 meals doesnt mean 5 big meals u c... to lose weight its best to split ur meals into small meals... for example u take ur lunch and split into 2 timings to eat and from each portion u reduce some of the things in it so overall it is less than wot u normally have for lunch. doing this prevents ur stomach from ever being empty thus reduces hunger. even if u get hungry jus eat lots of fruits to fill ur stomach cos fruits have very low calories and yet filling.
