6 pack don't need push up lah.... then this is what i learnt when inside db lor....
diet very important, eat low fat food (if u fat very hard to come out, thinner pple have the advantage for 6 pack... incidentally its the hardest thing to train for physique)
also do alot of sit ups, crunches at least 10 sets of 20 BEFORE every meal... not AFTER cos it hurts the stomach
then after meal try not to rest immediately.... walk about for 1/2 an hour for the food to digest...
and have determination cos it will come out after 3 mths of intensive training like above.... i swear to it cos it really works. there may be an easier way but this is what inmates do and its a tried and tested method. but then it may be becos they have nothing else better to do when they are locked up whole day in a cell... lol
