haha.....constantly go pull up....within few months sure can pull more....i started from 0 6mths lata can pull 10+

u wanna do more pull ups? jus do 5 sets of 8 pull up everyday, if u wanna have strong arms... then i suggest weights and push up during ya training sessions.

well... increasing the strength of ur forearms, upper back, shoulders might help... since pullups juz require cold hard strength... or like wat the guys say... do pull-ups everyday till u can...

lastly doing all these training hafta be consistent.. u dun pia hard for 1 month, den subsequently stop liao.. if not all ur hard work become futile..
go back square 1. but of course can train back faster in shorter time again loh

try increasing yr wrist grip strength before proceeding to attempt a single chinup.
u can do wrist or barbell curls to increase yr wrist strength..

u can try going to the gym if u wanna improve...
