arnold press will help in roundness

u can so called "broaden" ur shoulders by developing large medial delts. i would recommend Dumb bell flies and cable flies. other than that u cant possibly widen ur bones cos this would be genetics.

swim or play rugby... you will naturally get the shoulders if u do either sports often

do push-up and pull up head behind the bar. meaning instead chin facing the bar, pull backwards so that yr head behind is facing the bar.

push ups.. diamond, standard and wide push ups are suitable. 20 of each
if u wan challenge, do push up(diamond-shaped) on medicine ball, or basketball... they really make u fatigue easily.. do until u cannot do..

there's no single exercise to make shoulders rounder. its abt hitting ur front, medial and rear delts adequately. every so often ppl forget that they have a rear delt.
