Answer:

nope nope nope.

Answer:

I would disagree that it doesnt help..
if you dont have the strenght to do it once, how are you able to pull ur 2nd and 3rd?
once you are able to break your zero, you are able to do more.
strenght is used for the sudden burst of energy, that is your first pull.
to continously pull many times, its more of endurance training already...
you just have to do similar training for toning, where u train ur cutting through repetitions
because you need the same muscles groups to keep pulling you up, so they need to
have the endurance to last the pull ups many times.
are you using your over graft or under graft?
people who can do many (20+ or more) pullups are the ones who use over graft method.
because the lats muscle group are one of the biggest muscles in your body as compared to the under graft method, where the lats muscles are less utilised.
hope this info helps.

Answer:

I suggest u pull using over graft method .. go the gym and hit the lats pulldown

Answer:

try hanging at the chin-up bar and hold there for about a minute...practise more and you will be able to do more chin-ups

Answer:

From my personal experience, it does help. You'd have to go for an all rounded workout schedule, meaning you don't just work on your fore/upper arms, but on your shoulders, back and waist area. Before working out, I could barely do one. Must really chiong then can get 1 in
Now, I can do about 4, 5 if i really try hard. Not that impressive statistically, but hey I'm 70kg
