anyone here takes vitamins+gym to look strong and muscular? issit the vitamins that make u strong? without vitamins means no use already? Answer: u still need proteins and iron~>..not vitamins only~ vitamins for the body immune.i don't think there any effect in restructuring ya whole body mass. u body buliding...oops....xena warrior coming..~ Answer: its more on protein for mass gain... i usually take an extra 40 gms when i go to gym Answer: take PROTIEN to boost muscle Growth and repair when doing GYM take CreatIne to prevent muscle breakdown and other stuff.. normally take both loh... before or after doing gym 1 mth later super fit liaoz cfm =) Answer: not me la.. my friend's bf very big size. *scary* very waste money leh.. so expensive. no eat no use. must forever eat. Answer: I take protein supplements only after going to gym. I maintain a balanced diet (junk food + healthy food). As I am not fat nor too thin, with the diet .... Enough sleep and a good training program Such bodybuilding products shouldnot hv side effect if u don not overdose, on consistent training and take in lots of water. Answer: sure can one lah .... mine ippt results all improved .. not mi .. but everone ... now is only to maintain .. take $200 for gold award Answer: when the sgts force u to train, even pigs can do the pull up. hehehe Answer: used to believe tt will haf side effects too.. but nop dun haf 1.. as for pushups onli trains ur arms n chest wad abt other parts? oh ya n i read frm the myths section tt.. if u do it naturally there is NO WAY u can grow as big as those hu takes supplements. n there are also a line drawn between those hu takes supplements n those hu take anabolics.. anabolics make them alot bigger and no way u can reach that limit naturally..
