Below is Bae’s exercise regiment from June 34, 2004.
Morning Exercises
5 sets of 12 wide grip chin-ups
5 sets of 20 tubing high rows
5 sets of 12 cross grip chin-ups
5 sets of 20 tubing low rows
5 sets of 12 barbell rows
500 of leg raises
Afternoon Exercises
4 sets of 20 one-leg extensions
5 sets of 5 Smith squats
5 sets of 10 front lunges
3 sets of 20 Smith calf raises
3 sets of 15 leg curls
500 reverse crunches
20 minutes of cycling

but make sure its ard 30mins.. no need care abt speed.. slow jog will do... at least 3 times per wk.. u'll sure see results in 3wks time!! but of cos.. take note of yr diet too.. !

cos u r running at long distance.. not sprinting... and nvr ask u to run fast ma... juz slow jog..but a LONG slow jog.. make sure its at least 30mins..
stairs eh?..i not sure abt it.. but joggin is the best way to make ur legs lean!
swimming is 2nd ..hahaa...

then when you suddenly jog, very easy become muscle one...

fats WONT turn into muscles la... dun worry.. only when u intake high protein stuff..then u will gain muscle mass... so dun worry...
jogging will onli help u burn calories/fats.... but of cos
MAKe sure u jog at least 30 mins la...
cos.. 1st 15mins...some 20mins(depends on ur metabolism)..
we lose water thru perspiration
then after than.. your body will start to burn those calories/fats!!
after that.. u will feel good!
so girls..
dun tink a bit of joggin or gymmin will give u MUSCLES... u all think so ez to get muscles meh! lol

if u notice regular joggers have BIG thighs, likewise regular swimmers have broad shoulders.

tats why i emphasized on running at a slow pace...at a longer time..
and not SPRINT!
so when u say regular joggers.. which 1 u referrin to? sprinters or long distance runners?

regular joggers was refering to long distance runners, those u see who keep running at reserviors/parks.
but hell, no way u can make ur legs slim by running, you can burn off the flabs in there, but depending on ur genetics, you dont get slim legs unless you already have them genetically.

i cant really define your "slim legs" u referring to but im sure it helps in toning the legs and burn off some flabs like u say..
well..i have a fren who did just that and im surprised her "carrot legs" toned down to quite slim and nice.. and she did it within 2 mths..thats why im quite confident to share it here..
anyway joggin is quite healthy.. its worth a try..isnt it?
lastly.. we r out of topic.. this thread is to motivate fellow guys to beef up in gym with those cheesy pic...lol
