Answer:

Errr.. i still think swimming is good.. hehehe.. or do the buddha clap..

Answer:

buddha clap is totally useless.
anyway.. chin ups is the best way to tone up your arms. do under grip and your forearms and biceps will be solid like a rock.. no more nua nua flabbiness. over grip for triceps.
but if you are fat or plump to begin with, for goodness' sake please go jogging and shed those excess kilos off first before trying to tone up your arms.

Hmm.. tones up the shoulder.. but chin up? probably the ladies kind of chin up and hold it there.. chin up actuallys works more on the back.. and abit on the arms.. under grip = forearm.
overgrip = triceps..

use weights and move ur arms in clock wise x 20 and repeat anti clock wise x 20 times.
have tried it, and it works. friends commented that my arms have slimmed down.
but must always do. else it turns flabby again.

Answer:

Answer:

Flabs are mainly caused by fats and/or expired muscles.
To get rid of them, it is best to combine cardio exercises with some weight training.
Actually, i would recommend swimming alone, but the intensity must be high enough to build back your expired muscles.
Pull ups/chin ups are mainly building the back muscle. By right, if you are healthy, your arms wouldn't have flabs. So start building a healthy lifestyle now, go jog or swim twice a week or do some good outdoor sports.

Answer:

gee. it sounds quite... not useful. i think running works best. twice a week 20 min each time. slowwwwwww jog. does the trick for me.
