Welcome to Health Dialogue !!!

wtb dumbbells (weights and bars separate) cheap?
Question:
Reason I'm asking is because my muscle growth has stopped already since I've been using 5kg for about 3 months. I'd also like to get the plate-attachable type cos I'm weaker in some areas like lateral deltoid and it's hard to train if the weights are too heavy
Anyone knows anywhere in singapore where I can get a set at a budget price? I'm thinking of around $40-$50...

Answer:

Get a bench too.
It would be hard to train certain parts without one.

Answer:

I got all mine 2(?) years from Giant in JB. Dirt cheap
10 KG plates were RM$35
I bought:
2 x 10 KG
4 x 5 KG
4 x 2.5 KG
4 x 1.25 KG
4 x 0.5 KG
2 x dumbells
1 x ez-bar
57KG of weights excluding the bars.
Singapore is so damned expensive!
I can sell mine if youre interested.

Answer:

its real cheap!!!
why sell? you stop training?
if got car go there buy ok... no car, carry 57kg...

Answer:

Yep, I drove there and back.
Lately ive been too lazy to train, but when I do I go to the local gym at Tampines.
I used to have 2yrs membership at Planet Fitness. Really good equipment, but its expired now. Local gym lacks equipment, but for the price i'll live with it.

Answer:

Wooo.. Troy, cash and carry ? Got bench ?

Answer:

im interested in 30kg of weights. How much would you sell them for dude?
Are they coated with anti-rust eg. chrome plating? Or plain iron?

Answer:

Im not sure what they are coated with. but they are iron, coated in black (no rust).
The dumbells have a bit of rust, but I got something that can clean that up.
I can sell the whole lot for $120. 57 KG weights, 2 x dumbells, 1 x ez-bar. Not much use to me if I split it up.
I can take pics if youre interested, or you can come to Tampines :P
Monk: I borrowed a bench from someone, but I rarely used it. Not very good one.

Answer:

I just need a bench and a curl bar..
