juz curious... who here go gym like...at least 3times a week..and is serious in bodybuilding???

orhz me lo... i started in may.. avg gained 1kg/ month.

mm..used to frequent gym like 3 times a week..now 1-2 times per week. when i first started i gain 10kg after 6months of intense weight trainings. Drink protein shakes after workouts always but i stopped taking protein now..no money now just keep fit lor =\

but frm wat i know..the max mass gain for a person per week is 0.65kg... lol.. so if u wanna gain faster... muz eat right and workout right aso... for me..i tink maintainin a good diet is always the most difficult part for me...

hahah.. same here.. last time when i 1st start out.. i frequent gym for ard 3times wkly... for around 3mths..and i gain 8kg!!! muahaha.. tat time i was kinda skinny..ard 60kg onli..den to 68kg...but of cos..with the help of protein shakes...
then whenever i have no $$$... den juz buy canned tuna or cook salmon steak at home... or eat loads of eggs without yolk... lol.. tats the mafan part... while protein shakes r convenient...

actually i dunno this eggg without yolk thing.. supposedly yolk is dietary cholestrol so its not bad for health... ya its true maintaining a good diet is difficult... especially for me... i in camp very hard to eat mroe... i hafta remember to buy bread everytime back to camp... den whenever got time jus eat bread haha...good thing is saf camps have lots of chicken... if they have nth they confirm have chicken haha

i currently 173 and 66kg... trying to bulk to 70 now and den cut.... but recently find it damn difficult to bulk...dunno why man..mus be diet..sigh

oh man.. u bot mass gainer?? so u wanna gain mass eh... IMO... mass gainer r quite useless(after some of my frens use liao complain nuttin happen to them)...i rather u take 100% whey protein(at least it works on me..lol)..but of cos... muz go to gym regularly... one a wk isnt tat bad.. but if can make it twice!!!

no such thing as no effect one... remember u must be in positive caloric balance... protein oso must have the right amt so as to ensure anabolism instead of catabolising ur muscles whenever u work out.

hahaa.. u r wrong... its becos u skinny bones..tats why the more u sld TRAIN!!! u need to tear some muscles tissue in gym so tat they can grow for more mass ma.. of cos..with the help of protein whey cos they help to rebuild those tissues.... dun over-rely on tat mass gainer... and try not to do cardio like swimming and running..since u wanan build up mass... lastly..most imptly... EAT!!!! nvr afraid to eat!!!
last time i aso damn skinny one... 58...den within 2 mths of gymming and protein intake...gain 8kg... lol

hahaa..dun worry abt the eating part la..juz eat as usual..if possible..try to have 6 small meals a day lor..but its damn difficult la.. even i cant do it... anyway..u can start off by going gym regularly..and lifting real heavy!!!
