It is not possible to attain perfect symmetry. If it is very obvious, then you might wanna revise your position of crunches or any abs exercise. If your position is correct, there should not be too much of such 'imbalance'.
If not, you might wanna try olique crunches towards your smaller side of abs, it works for me.
