Fat to Fit : In 4 months
Question:
Im wighting 87KG and 176 in Height (overweighted) and im want to concentrate on body fitness. Can i cut down until 65kg in 4 months - 5 months (dont mind doing intense workout) Im planning to do this in a week. (Watch out diet; eat only lunch and dinner before 7pm) go to gym 3 times a week (and burn 200 calories[running machines] in a gym and do other exercises) and jog 3 round on standard field running mat. Would this do? Can someone please advice me on healtyh diet on like what exercises should i do weekly. p/s:my tummy and thigh is the biggest problem as most fast accumalte here.. how to burn this! what should i do eat..? and is the plans aboce healtyh .. just nd somebody to advice on what should i do. thank you very much (and im very serious) Answer: Im wighting 87KG and 176 in Height (overweighted) and im want to concentrate on body fitness. Answer: cut out on oily food as in really DUN eat oily food. dun go fastfood like Mac or pizza hut. i tink tat's the most impt thing coz if u train out and then u eat these food again, its back to square one. It works. trust mi. Answer: ... u ah??? I tot u ORD liao??? or was it someone else??? anyways, slim down go NS gain nothing wat.. still the same.. only less stressful only wat... Answer: lol~:o still in poly~:abduct: Answer: try protein diet ? low carbo more protein... sometimes its in the genes u are bigger build, so sometimes train how hard it will be at a certain size, wont go smaller... -sometimes pple have heavy bones too ^^ when i was studying poly, 2 rounds rd the reservior everyday :P nid not be sprint just jog at ur own pace :P i am not sure if u wanna keep fit, or u wanna body build.. but heres wot i do.. run 3 times a week, push ups, sit ups and some weight lifting i dun wana be a walking beef, so i just do light stuff push ups - eleate ur legs, the higher = more strenious so more muscles la.. sit ups - legs on chair or those parrellel bars hang upside down n do.. or ur knee move up together with ur head (\_/ this type of shape) oso can wieghts are just normal 5kg or 7kg or 10kg dumbells btw runnign actually make ur leg bigger ;X think u shld try toning it ? toning i not sure, got to ask someone else :P Answer: Erm.. but when i was 8 - 9 yrs old i am very thin with a long leg.. want to ask whats the diff btw running naturally and running on the machines? p/s: and im want to get a body like erm the aaron aziz and the chinese guys (forget the name) in heartlanders (the police) Answer: machine u running on spot, u run outdoors fresh air ? anyway i find machine less tiring :X coz u cant see visually how far u go :X or how far more to go... vincent ng ah :P nice bod ^^ i oso aiming like his :P or UK Shayam (spore sprinter) both nice bods :P just do wot i listed lor, but must train alot of situps for those 8 durian seeds :P for 6 pack normal crunches would do, but the 2 top most ones harder to get, u must not crunch fully and must not lie back totally, liek a suspension where u feel the pull then u keep doing then can get the last 2 durian seeds ^^ so far i only have 6 still trying for 8 :/ Answer: need determination n lot's of hard work Answer: So running on machine is actually same like running outside with fresh air? what is CARDIO? Answer: wah... can from fat to fit in 4 months i also wanna try... Answer: I juz wanna ask.. does anyone here know.... What if u accidentally over-trained urself and transformed into those Beefy types... wld it be tougher or easier when u r in NS?? Bec. I am trying ta weigh the odds.. if u turned out ta be Beefy, it decreases ur level of flexibility.. One example is that, one of my muscular frds, he turned out ta be less flexible and this hurts him quite a lot. Answer: flexibility..u mean like those sit-n-reach exercise?.. Answer: flexibility wise.. i dun think it willr eally affect movement so much mahx.. unless u are saying to the extent of gymnastics tt extent maybe or maybe he did not train proportionately. den if dun wanna get so beefy tell him to stop taking his supplements if he takes any n den dun do weight for a perion of time like this the muscles will shrink.. Answer: Its not easy to get too beefy... and if u want to maintain ur flexibility ... do stretching while weight training Answer: aiyah come and train with mi lar Answer: i dun wan muscle... i wan strength nia... Answer: u think so easy to become beefy meh... haha then a lot of hulks around liao wor too beefy no gd... higher chance u wun be able to pass IPPT... true u are stronger... but ur body mass is very MUCH bigger and heavier... are your legs able to jump far enough to pass? are u strong enough to do enough chinups to pass? Answer: if u wana be fit as in beefy and hv the flexibility .. u need to train hard .. and get yourself involve in ball games, swimming .. running .. Is kind of balance .. Answer: now i am 76kg and 178. 10 kg more to go.
